You can use the following devices for Placetel + Webex. We cannot provide support for setup or operation when using other devices.

Hardphones

Hardphones must be autoprovisioned by the Placetel Cloud PBX system. The use of other SIP-enabled telephones is not possible, not even manually configured.

All Cisco phones must have MPP firmware! CUCM system devices are not compatible! The devices must not be registered with another provider at the same time.

Headsets from other manufacturers may be compatible, but we do not provide support for them. Headsets from Cisco can in principle also be used with Yealink phones, but the function of the headset buttons is not guaranteed. Please make sure that the connectors are compatible.
