You can use one device to transfer accepted phone calls to another terminal device.

We strongly recommend that you always mediate with a query. When transferring without a query, the call can be lost in certain constellations.


CISCO

Transfer without consultation

  1. Take the call.

  2. Press the 4th button from the right below the display, above which three dots (•••) are shown.

  3. Select the button above the Remaining / oBack.

  4. Select the number you want to transfer to and press Call. Alternatively, simply press the corresponding BLF key.

  5. Wait 2-3 seconds for the call to be transferred. Your phone will then go back to sleep.

Transfer with consultation

  1. Take the call.

  2. Press the 4th button from the right below the display, above which three dots (•••) are shown.

  3. Select the button above the transfer it says.

  4. Select the number you want to transfer to and press Call. Alternatively, simply press the corresponding BLF key.

  5. Contact us. During this time, the caller will hear your music on hold.

  6. Press the key with transfer as soon as you finally want to transfer the call.

  7. Wait 2-3 seconds for the call to be transferred. Your phone will then go back to sleep.

Transfer with inquiry via BLF keys if the BLF keys are hidden

If you are not using an expansion module, your BLF buttons may be covered by the call window. In this case, you can use the following method to still convey by pressing the BLF buttons:

  1. Take the call.

  2. Press the 4th button from the right below the display, above which three dots (•••) are shown.

  3. Select the button above the transfer it says.

  4. Press the arrow key (↺) until you can see the BLF keys. Click on the BLF button of the colleague you want to transfer the call to.

  5. Contact us.

  6. Press twice the 4th key from the right below the display, above which three dots (•••) are shown.

  7. Click on NextAnsch.

  8. The call is transferred, after 3 seconds your device switches back to the idle screen.


Yealink

Transfer without consultation

  1. Take the call.

  2. Press Forward. The participant can now hear the music on hold.

  3. Select the extension of the colleague and press the OK button or press the corresponding BLF button (DSS key).

  4. Immediately press Forward again.

  5. The call was transferred.

Transfer with consultation

  1. Take the call.

  2. Press Forward. The participant can now hear the music on hold.

  3. Select the extension of the colleague and press the OK button or press the corresponding BLF button (DSS key).

  4. Please consult us now.

  5. Then press Forward.

  6. The call was transferred.
