Contacts
You can:
Create contacts
Import contacts
Edit contacts
Assign contacts to a different phone book
Delete contacts
You can access these contacts from your desk phone via LDAP.
Furthermore, contacts in your e-mail about missed calls and in the caller list are resolved backwards. Access to the contacts from the Webex client is currently not possible.
Block contacts
Block certain phone numbers
If you do not want to allow calls or faxes from certain keys, you have to create these subscribers / numbers as contacts and check the box next to blocked. In this case, calls are rejected directly.
Block calls from the contact
You can use the filter to display blocked contacts in the phone book.
Filter the phone book for blocked contacts
Block anonymous calls
You can block all calls with withheld numbers in a customer account by creating a contact and activating the blocked checkbox. Then enter anonymous as the phone number and save the contact.
