Turn off SIP ALG
A SIP-ALG (Application Layer Gateway) is a component found in many routers or firewall systems. It was originally designed to support VoIP telephony. To do this, each SIP packet is analysed and modified in a way that the router thinks will help the end devices and systems involved. Unfortunately, this only works to a very limited extent in most routers. In most cases, the SIP ALG affects the telephony.
You should therefore - if possible - turn off this feature. The way of doing this varies from router to router.
